Full job description Job Title: IT Trainer Job Summary We are seeking a qualified IT Trainer to join our institution, primarily focused on teaching Diploma, BCA,B Sc,B.Tech,MCA, and M.Sc-IT courses. This position is available at in Ahmedabad. The trainer will deliver comprehensive lectures with practical hands-on training on a range of Front End and Back End Technologies for Web App Development. He/She should have fundamental knowledge of technical subjects, including programming, data structures, algorithms, computer networks, operating systems, and emerging technologies. Responsibilities Teaching with practical live sessions online as well as classroom teaching. Deliver engaging and informative lectures on all major subjects of B.Tech, MCA, and M.Sc-IT programs. Teach topics such as Data Structures, Databases, Programming Languages, Operating Systems, Computer Networks, Web Development, and Software Engineering. Ensure participants should develop both theoretical knowledge and practical skills relevant to their fields of study. Adapt teaching methodologies to suit diverse learning needs and stay updated with industry trends. Design and develop course materials, including syllabus, lecture notes, and assessments. Foster a dynamic and interactive learning environment to promote student engagement. Research and Innovation: Conduct research in the field of Information Technology and contribute to academic publications. Stay abreast of the latest developments, trends, and advancements in Information Technology. Encourage and guide students in their research projects related to Information Technology. Mentorship: Provide mentorship and guidance to students pursuing projects, internships, or research in Information Technology. Assist students in developing practical skills and applying theoretical knowledge to real- world scenarios. Collaboration: Collaborate with fellow faculty members and industry experts to enhance the curriculum and program offerings. Establish connections with industry partners to facilitate internships, guest lectures, and collaborative projects. Professional Development: Engage in continuous professional development to stay current with advancements in Information Technology. Attend conferences, workshops, and seminars to network with professionals and enhance expertise. Qualifications BE MCA BCA BSC IT MSC IT Master's degree (M.Tech/M.Sc/ MCA – with Minimum 6 Months to 1 Year experience) in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Demonstrated expertise and practical experience in the field of Information Technology. Passionate about Teaching and Coding. Previous teaching experience at the tertiary level is highly desirable. Skills and Competencies Strong communication and presentation skills. In-depth knowledge of Information Technology principles, practices, and technologies. Ability to inspire and motivate students to excel in the field. Proficient in the use of relevant tools and technologies in Information Technology. Strong research and analytical skills.
