About Itology

Itology provides outsourced IT support and consultancy services to small and medium-sized businesses. We offer a variety of support contracts to monitor and maintain a company’s IT infrastructure, managing projects such as new network installations, office moves, integrations of existing networks and system upgrades. With our extensive experience of managing network connectivity, internet and intra-office data connections and telephony (fixed line, mobile and VoIP), the team also offer advice on solutions to get the best out of clients' existing or prospective technological resourcing. Itology's approach is proactive. We would rather work to prevent problems than deal with an issue after it has arisen. In order to do this we constantly monitor, check and respond promptly to system alerts. We aim to be the technical back office of our clients' business effectively enabling business owners, management and staff to concentrate on the main focus of their commercial activities.

Roles and Responsibilities Approaching manufacturers & service providers i.e. industrial clients for Internet Marketing products like SEO etc. Generating leads & responsible for the management of leads.Meeting with 2- 3 Clients on daily basis (Field Work). Achieving sales targets through acquisition of new clients and growing business. Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service. Build productive trust relationships with customers. Identify, evaluate and manage strategic risks and opportunities. Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective clients business and equipment needs Partner with sales team to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients Negotiate contract terms with clients and communicate terms to stakeholders Develop and oversee sales and marketing strategies.
