Job Title: IVF Counselor Location: Pratap IVF, Beawar & Ajmer Job Type: Full-time (On-site) Gender Requirement: Female About the Role: Pratap IVF is seeking a dedicated and compassionate IVF Counselor to join our team in Beawar & Ajmer Location. The counselor will play a crucial role in supporting patients throughout their fertility journey. This includes providing emotional support, facilitating counseling sessions, coordinating with the medical team, and ensuring a personalized care experience for each patient. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-on-one counseling to patients undergoing fertility treatments. Offer emotional and psychological support to patients and their families. Educate patients on fertility treatment options, procedures, and outcomes. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and staff to ensure holistic patient care. Facilitate support groups and workshops as needed. Maintain accurate patient records while upholding confidentiality. Address patient queries and concerns with empathy and professionalism. Qualifications: MBBS, BAMS, BHMS, or BUMS degree. Prior experience in counseling, preferably in the fertility or healthcare Industry. Strong understanding of fertility treatments and medical terminology. Skills Required: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Deep empathy and compassion for patients dealing with infertility. Ability to handle sensitive situations with confidentiality and care. Team player with a proactive approach to patient care.
