Location: Manor Palghar Dist., Maharashtra(Preferably Marathi speaking candidates should apply)Role & responsibilitiesSITE OFFICE ADMINISTRATION:To initiate Site Mobilization related to establishment of labour camp, site offices and guest houses for the new siteConduct daily site visit for monitoring labour and security personnel activity, housekeeping of material & labour camp arrangementsManage, monitor & evaluate site security performance on monthly basisEnsure there is no theft due to lack of security at site and in case of any, file FIREnsure there are no accidents due to lack of safety equipments at siteMaintain and update the AMC tracker for all vendors, wherever applicableMaintain disciplinary code of conduct and control unauthorized movement of staff from one site location to anotherINDUSTRIAL RELATIONEnsure necessary labour licenses are procured and the site is registered under statutory compliance like LWF & BOCWLiasoning with legal / statutory departments for permissions, licenses etc (BMC, MSEB, MTNL) for new connections as requiredLiasoning with civil police, traffic police for any civil / traffic related mattersLiasoning with insurance providers and tie up with network hospitals incase of any accident at siteHR OPERATIONSSTATUTORY COMPLIANCESEMPLOYEE RELATIONSMIS & REPORTS
