Handle customers complaints and close them within stipulated time.3. Preparation of hand-outs/ product promotional material and product training material.4. Documentation related to work performed.5. Should be Aware of Immunology, ELISA Principle.6. Should be aware of Customer handling, presentation etc.7. Should have analytical skill.8.
