Role & responsibilities Lead and manage the Gold Loans division, ensuring smooth operations, timely loan disbursements, and adherence to regulatory compliance.New customer aqusition & Business development.Acquire new customers through referrals. Handle walk-in customers efficiently. Achieve monthly targets as allocated.Guide and provide the customer with required information about loans and schemes.Develop strategies to grow the gold loan portfolio, identify new market opportunities, and assess creditworthiness to manage risk.Oversee gold asset evaluation, ensure compliance with legal requirements, and stay updated on industry regulations.Train, mentor, and guide staff on gold loan operations, fostering efficiency and excellent customer service.Preferred candidate profile 0-5 years of experience in managing or leading operations in the financial services sector, preferably in gold loans.Strong understanding of the gold loan market, regulations, and risk management practices.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to assess and manage portfolio risks and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
