Job Description As a Director in the product development division, you will manage the HCM product portfolio for JAPAC region from an outbound product management perspective and drive new application services launches. You will also support revenue objectives acting as key Product Development sponsor for the region for the product line. Envision and communicate product strategy and functionality to Oracles customer base Support application services launch by actively recruiting customers, ensuring successful roll-out and making customers references Achieve revenue objectives through active participation in deal cycles, sales and customer support Gather and analyse information from customers to define product specifications and review design specifications Review and ensure quality of product collateral Train the field and partners on product Speak at Oracle sponsored conferences as a product matter expert Career Level - IC5 Responsibilities Job Responsibilities: Engaging with JAPAC field management and field business development organizations in determining success strategies for Oracles customer base for HCM Developing the regional Oracle HCM product strategy Initiating and fostering relationships between product management and product strategy groups of Oracles product development organization and Oracles Indian customers Driving bidirectional transfer of information between Oracles JAPAC customers, the field, and the development organization Driving quarterly operations review summits between the field and development Delivering future-oriented HCM product roadmap briefings to customers, partners and regional Oracle personnel Collecting and prioritizing regional HCM product requirements Job Requirements You should be an HCM domain expert for HCM Cloud services and understand how HCM integrates with other Oracle Applications. Through extensive work with customers, youll have a detailed knowledge of how customers implement HCM processes. Youll be educated to at least degree level preferably with a masters degree in HR with proven experience of enterprise software, including HCM, and have managerial experience You should have an excellent understanding of the software applications development cycle, preferably through working within development or a related discipline You should have a professional certification for HR with a successful track record in implementing Oracle HCM Cloud and have a deep understanding of best practice processes in relation to fundamental design concepts.
