Experience: 4yr to 6yr Location: Chennai Mode of work: Hybrid (3 days at office every week) Shift: UK Shift and UK Holidays Mandatory: Mobile App Support and backend api support, Device Management in SOTI or any of the IoT tool management, either of the Database (MSSql/Oracle/Postgre sql) skill set. Ability to create and replicate the Prod environment and able to find the RCA for any incidents and able to provide code level fix. Ability to develop the minor enhancements and deliver Production support experience / BAU Operations is MUST (Major incident management, Troubleshooting skills) Familiar in ITIL framework (Incident, problem, change management) Preferable : Java Spring boot in trouble shooting level Cloud experience, Splunk, Jenkins, CICD, Monitoring tools MCA / MSc IT, Comp Science / BE / B-Tech
