Job Description: We are seeking highly skilled Backend Developers (Senior and Mid-Level) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidates will collaborate with cross functional teams to design, develop, and maintain robust software solutions. They will work on both client-side and server-side architecture, implement efficient and secure code, and contribute to the entire software development lifecycle. Key Responsibilities Collaborate with development teams and product managers to conceptualize and implement software solutions. Design and develop client-side and server-side architecture with responsive front-end designs. Build well-functioning databases and scalable back-end systems. Write, integrate, and maintain effective APIs. Perform various testing activities, including unit testing, regression testing, and system testing. Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade software applications as needed. Implement security and data protection features. Maintain and enhance software post-deployment to ensure optimal performance. Create and maintain technical documentation. Participate in all stages of agile software development, including design, implementation, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with data scientists and analysts to optimize software performance and functionality. Use DevOps tools for continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring. Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in relevant technologies. Technical Skills & Requirements Back-End Technologies: Expertise in Java, Spring, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Hibernate. Development Tools: Experience with Git, GitHub, Jenkins, Docker, and Kubernetes. Integration and Messaging: Knowledge of Kafka, MSG Servicing, and API integration
