Job Title: Java Backend Developer with Spring Boot Work Location: On-site, India Role Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain robust Java applications using Spring Boot.Implement RESTful APIs to enhance application functionality.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.Identify and rectify bottlenecks and bugs within applications.Maintain code quality, organization, and automation.Utilize version control systems to manage code changes effectively.Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers.Collaborate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives.Enhance existing software applications with new capabilities and features.Design and implement database schemas that represent and support business processes.Conduct unit testing to validate code functionalities.Write clear, maintainable documentation for application functionality and design.Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends.Support deployment and production troubleshooting efforts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.3+ years of experience in Java development.Hands-on experience with Spring Boot framework.Strong understanding of RESTful API design and development.Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.Experience with microservices architecture.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (e.g., JUnit).Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.Familiarity with cloud technologies is a plus.Experience in troubleshooting production issues.Passion for learning and adapting to new technologies.
