Description We are looking for a skilled and motivated Java Developer to join our development team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Java-based applications. You will work closely with other developers, product managers, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software solutions. POOJA HR - 9962221037 Responsibilities Develop and maintain high-quality Java applications Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation, and testing Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features Troubleshoot and debug applications to optimize performance Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends Contribute to team meetings and provide updates on project status Skills and Qualifications Proficiency in Core Java and Object-Oriented Programming concepts Familiarity with Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate Basic understanding of web technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and experience with database management systems Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively Understanding of software development methodologies like Agile or Scrum Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
