Key Responsibilities Lead and mentor a team of Java developers, ensuring adherence to coding best practices and development standards. Define software architecture and design scalable, maintainable systems. Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical project scopes. Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and facilitate regular knowledge-sharing sessions. Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices across the team. Engage in hands-on development and resolve complex technical challenges. Monitor project timelines, manage resources, and ensure timely delivery. Stay updated with industry trends and integrate relevant innovations into our solutions. Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science or related field; Master s degree is a plus. Experience: 6-9 years of hands-on experience in Java development, including team leadership.
