Job Description

We are looking for Java Developer. Experience Required: 5 to 8 years Payroll: Direct Notice Period: Immediate to 20 Days Key Requirements: 5+ years of hands-on Java,springboot development experience. Design and develop high-performance Java applications and microservices using Spring Boot and related frameworks. Proficiency in Spring Boot, JPA/Hibernate, RESTful APIs, and multithreading/concurrency. Proven experience with Kafka design, tuning, partitions, offset management, and stream processing. Strong experience in performance tuning of backend systems and query optimization (JDBC and JPA). Solid understanding of database systems (PostgreSQL/MySQL/Oracle) and NoSQL is a plus. Optimize backend services for low-latency, high-throughput, and fault-tolerant performance. Analyze and improve SQL and JPA/Hibernate queries to enhance system performance under heavy load. Monitor and troubleshoot production issues and bottlenecks, ensuring high system availability. Conduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and establish coding standards. Work with large datasets and real-time streaming architectures. Familiarity with profiling tools (JVisualVM, YourKit, etc.) and logging/monitoring tools (ELK, Prometheus, Grafana). Strong understanding of microservices architecture, design patterns, and clean code principles.
