We believe in innovation, ownership, and collaboration, and we’re looking for motivated individuals to grow with us.Key Responsibilities:Develop, test, and maintain high-quality Java applications.Work with Spring Boot, Hibernate, and RESTful APIs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Troubleshoot and debug production issues.Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code.Participate in code reviews and mentor junior developers.Optimize applications for performance and scalability.Technical Skills:Strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate.Proficient in REST APIs, MySQL/PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.Familiarity with version control tools (Git) and CI/CD pipelines.Experience with Microservices Architecture is a plus.Good understanding of OOPs concepts, design patterns, and software development best practices.Nice to Have:Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or Azure.Frontend knowledge in Angular/React is an added advantage.Experience working in Agile/Scrum teams.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.2–5 years of relevant experience in Java-based development.Why Join Us?Opportunity to work on exciting and scalable projects.A fast-growing startup culture with room for learning and innovation.Collaborative and supportive work environment.
