Work mode: Hybrid Design, Develop, and Maintain: Build high-performance, scalable Java-based applications, ensuring the quality of code, performance optimization, and reliability. Architecture & Design: Contribute to architectural discussions, design reviews, and decisions that impact the broader engineering team. Mentorship: Mentor and guide junior engineers in best practices, code reviews, and design patterns to foster growth within the team. 5-years of experience in Java development with deep expertise in Core Java and JEE. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, design patterns, and best practices. Experience with Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC Lombok), Hibernate/JPA, Maven and RESTful services and Microservices.
