Key Responsibilities Lead the full software development lifecycle for Java-based applications from concept to deployment. Mentor and guide junior developers to support their technical growth and performance. Collaborate with product managers and stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Architect and develop solutions using modern Java frameworks and microservices patterns. Ensure code quality through code reviews, automated testing, and adherence to best practices. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the development lifecycle. Participate in architectural design discussions and contribute to technology roadmap planning. Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. Stay up to date with emerging technologies and evaluate their potential for adoption. Requirements Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 3-6 years of hands-on experience in Java development (both frontend and backend). Proven leadership capabilities in managing or mentoring development teams. Key Skills Proficiency in Java , Spring Framework , and Hibernate . Solid understanding of web technologies : HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Strong experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture . Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, version control (e.g., Git), and agile methodologies. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively and lead development projects from start to finish.
