Job Overview: We are seeking a faculty member (Java ) for our China location who will be an integral part of NIIT and contribute to educational excellence by providing instruction in colleges and universities. As a Java Faculty member, you will play a pivotal role in our educational initiatives within Colleges and Universities. Your responsibilities will encompass delivering high-quality Java courses and training sessions, equipping students with the knowledge and skills necessary to excel in the dynamic world of software development Job Description: The role involves instructing IT courses for Year 1 to Year 4 students in the Software Engineering program, adhering to the established NIIT curriculum and methodology. It is essential to ensure the satisfaction of all stakeholders, including the university, students, and NIIT. Additionally, active involvement in curriculum design, customer relationship management, and student support are key aspects of the position. Responsibilities and Duties: Conducting software training at various NIC locations or any other NIIT cooperation Prepare well for technical curriculum based on the requirement in alignment with NIIT Delivery methodologies Adherence to the delivery plan in order to achieve performance-driven targets Actively contribute in preparing or upgrading existing courses Prepare or upgrade existing learning resources such as software problem statements, a question bank Guiding students to uplift performance level and win programming contest Actively involved in various team initiatives directed toward quality improvements Individual contributor and inclusive team player Collaborate and have a good relationship with the Client and the students Mandatory Skills Programing Language - Java, (Core+Advance), C, C++, Framework - Hibernate, Spring Web Technology - HTML, Servlet, JSP Database - Oracle / Mysql / any other
