Evaluate student performance and provide feedback. Stay updated with the latest Java technologies and trends. Assist in curriculum development and improvement. Skills and Qualifications Strong knowledge of Java programming language and its core concepts. Experience with Java frameworks such as Spring and Hibernate. Familiarity with web technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Understanding of object-oriented programming principles. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to explain complex concepts in a simplified manner. Experience with version control systems like Git. Knowledge of database management systems, preferably MySQL or Oracle.
