Roles and Responsibilities1. Thoroughly knowledge of Chemistry and capable to scale up the products & process optimization.2. Design & development of new routes for synthesis of new chemical entities, APIs3. Executing a variety of organic reactions for synthesis of APIs, isolation & characterization using various analytical instruments like NMR / MASS.4. Must have experience in handling various types of reactions for multi-step synthesis, purification & characterization of new molecules / APIs5. Should be capable to prepare & maintain technology transfer documentation .6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.7.Conduct experiments, analyze data, and troubleshoot issues related to chemical synthesis.8. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in organic chemistry.Preferred Candidates:1) API / Bulk Drug R&D Experience.2) Male Candidates from Western Line Mumbai. Or candidates willing/ relocate to western line of Mumbai .
