We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager / Marketing Executives to drive the growth and sales of our trauma / ortho / spinal implants in the assigned region. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the trauma implants / surgical / pharma industry and a proven track record of success in sales, business development, or marketing.Key Responsibilities:Product Demonstrations: Conduct in-person visits to orthopedic surgeons to showcase and demonstrate trauma implants and instruments.Surgeon and Hospital Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with surgeons, hospital administrators, and key stakeholders.Sales and Revenue Growth: Meet sales targets by promoting products and expanding market presence in assigned territories.Market Intelligence: Collect feedback from surgeons and stay informed about industry trends to support product development and customer needs.Assistance: Provide technical guidance during surgeries and ensure correct usage of implants and instruments.Inventory Management: Ensure product availability at hospitals, manage stock levels, and coordinate restocking as needed.Compliance and Documentation: Ensure sales activities comply with regulations and maintain accurate records of transactions and interactions.Post-Sale Support: Provide ongoing training, education, and support to surgeons and hospital staff after product sales.
