Have experience in road constructionCollaborate with engineers, architect to determine the specification of the projectNegotiate contract with external vendors to reach profitable agreementDetermine resources to budgetary limitation

Responsibilities• Searching new tenders, screening & analyzing the eligibility to participate for the tender.• Uploading the tender documents online & final submission of tender.• Preparing bid documents and getting it validated by the management.

Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings•Reconcile accounts payable and receivable•Compute taxes and prepare tax returns•Hands on experience in TDS, Taxation and basic knowledge of Auditing.•Experience in tendering will be a plusRequired Candidate profileFemale candidates are preferred
