Candidate will be responsible for booking Journal entries, Vendor invoices, Bank Transactions, TDS compliances, Internal Team members related legal/ statutory compliances of the company and maintaining/managing the accounting records.

Financial and tax due diligence of target companies. Valuation of companies seeking funding, statutory valuations required under various laws and valuation of target companies. Analysis of industry and peers for the purpose of valuation

Candidates should have experience in AP, AR, TDS, and GST and should be good at Tally.o Strong knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).o Understanding of Indian accounting standards, tax regulations, and compliance requirements.

Candidate should have technical knowledge of Risk and Process based audit including IFC, basic knowledge of various Acts such as GST Law, Income Tax, Labour laws.

Work with the Audit practice to execute Statutory Audit/ Indian GAAP/ IND AS/ IFRS /Accounting services and related services for clients including SOP drafting and risk control matrix

Experience in obtaining Indirect Tax Registrations–preparation of applications forms, submission of Liaison with GST department, obtaining registrations. Preparation and Filing of GST compliance Returns, GST Audit and filing. Good communication

A candidate should have relevant experience of accounting, employee payroll and recurring compliances (TDS, PT, PF, GST).

He/ She should Plan, execute, and manage audits and prepare financial statement.Ensure compliance with CARO and SA. Conduct risk assessments and evaluate internal controls. Recommend enhancements to operational, financial, and IT controls.
