Experience: 4 - 6 YearsLocation: Noida, Uttar PradeshPosition Overview:As the Google PPC Expert & LinkedIn Ad Specialist, you will be responsible for creating, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across both Google Ads and LinkedIn platforms. You will collaborate closely with our marketing team to develop strategic ad campaigns that increase brand visibility, drive traffic, and generate leads.Key Responsibilities:Google Ads Campaigns:- Develop and implement demand generation strategies to attract and convert high-value B2B prospects.- Set up, manage, and optimize Google Search, Display, and YouTube Ads campaigns.- Perform keyword research and ad copy testing to ensure maximum engagement and conversion.- Monitor and adjust bids, budgets, and campaign settings for optimal performance.- Analyze and report on campaign performance, providing insights and actionable recommendations.- Conduct A/B testing and other optimization strategies to improve campaign results.- Write compelling ad copies, design creative assets (with the design team), and create landing pages.LinkedIn Ads Campaigns:- Develop & manage LinkedIn ad campaigns, including Sponsored Content, Sponsored InMail, and Text Ads.- Target decision-makers and generate leads within the B2B space.- Track and report on campaign metrics, optimizing for key performance indicators (KPIs).- Utilize LinkedIn analytics tools to provide detailed reporting and performance insights.Strategic Planning & Optimization:- Develop comprehensive paid media strategies tailored to client needs, goals, and industry best practices.- Stay current on trends and updates in Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, applying new features and techniques to campaigns.- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to refine campaign strategies.Required Qualifications:- Experience working in a B2B (Service based), high-growth technology, or equivalent sector.- 4-6 years of experience in B2B digital marketing, specifically in IT services marketing.- Driving projects from the North American region preferred.- Proven experience in managing PPC campaigns on Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, with a track record of driving ROI and achieving campaign goals- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, including conversion rate optimization, keyword research, and audience segmentation.- Expertise in Google Ads tools (Keyword Planner, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.- Ability to work with various ad formats across Google and LinkedIn platforms.- Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools such as Google Analytics, LinkedIn Analytics, and other third-party platforms.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:Certifications in Google Ads (Search, Display, and Shopping) and LinkedIn Marketing Solutions are a plus.
