To collect machine planning including Mould changes, colour changes etc. in his shift from plant in-charge/reliever in time and to communicate to seniors/operators. To take production priority so as to ensure fast decisions in case of manpower shortage.To ensure that all the raw material/spares are available for his shift. To co-ordinate with stores for availability of spares in time.To ensure that all the process parameters and production schedule are available on the machine. To ensure that the production is achieved as per the laid down Quality standards, production schedules and as per process parameters fixed.To ensure that the production for the shift is o.k. and is kept with production slips and as per the laid down procedure at the prescribed places only. To ensure that the rejection produced is segregated properly, identified with rejection slips and is kept in specified places only.To ensure that all the ancillaries and related Utility equipment are working well and Air compressors, Fans, tube lights etc. are working in proportion of no of machines.To see that no operator leaves the machine during shift change/lunch time and to report such cases.To monitor production activities in plant and to ensure that Machine history cards are maintained.To ensure Good manufacturing practice.To ensure that regrinding material is utilised in proper proportion. Ensure that extra material from shop floor is removed as soon as production on machine is over.To Measure the Process Validation, Machine Qualification & Mould Qualification.To give guidance or planning related to work to moulding personnel on weekly basis.To ensure that during Customer Visits & internal-external audit, the documents & Rules & Regulations are implemented according to the concerned JIMS Procedure.To implement & also ensure that implementation of 5S in Plant area.

All outside and inside plant Electrical problem solving on Machines and to do preventive and breakdown Maintenance of above.To ensure proper functioning of all automatic doors, DG set Battery, Emergency& plant Lights, Bore-well, Hoper loader, Mould Master, Granulators, Electrical portion of UtilityTo send Motors for rewinding/repairs through Stores and to ensure that the quality of same is ok after repair. Preventive and breakdown maintenance of Dosing units, DM Plant, ETP, Transformers, Earthing Pits etc as per the schedule in consultation to reporting officers..To provide technical suggestions required during purchase of new Machinery and to do the needful during Installation/ Erection/ shifting of machine.To fill machine failure report if failure lasts for 8 hrs. or more.To ensure that workers are working as per the instructions and optimum output is received. Communication to concerned dept/person regarding non-functioning/malfunctioning of any electrical equipment and to place one notice regarding this (e.g. Notice: This M/c is under maintenance Pl do not operate it).To co-ordinate with GEB authorities as and when required.To comply with the requirements of all standers like amfori BSCI & SEDEX, BRC, GMP, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 & ISO 14001 and maintain the required records & documents.To implement 5S in plant area, especially in electrical installations.

The Production Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating between and managing day-to-day production activities between all the production departments.Tasks will include supporting production planning, assessing individual equipment production capacity, supervising production processes, liasing with quality control department to ensure quality, optimizing resource allocation, and supporting project management. The Production Coordinator will also facilitate communication between different departments and ensure organizational efficiency.

Look after issue of materials to users within the plants as per the requirements written & signed through issue slips.Ensure that materials issues must be controlled.Get receipts of incoming materials.Maintain stock records, other documents, which pertain to day-to-day particulars of individual receipts, issues & balance of materials in stock.Keep control over inventory, to decide for receipts & issues to ensure that stock balance in quantity is adequate to always support the current rate of consumption.Make sure the quantity & condition of goods kept in the stores are ok through physical verification.Maintain proper stock levels of materials (minimum, maximum, average, danger, reorder level)Use the proper pricing methods for an issue of materials in the production department.To ensure that during Customer Visits & internal external audit, the documents & Rules & Regulations are implemented according to the procedure concerned.To implement & to ensure implementation of 5S in work area.
