Jewellery Consultant -Job Description Experience (Specific type or amount of experience) 1. 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in front-end retail operations. Attend and assist the customers at store and provide adequate product knowledge 2. Influencing and selling jewellery 3. Maintain high VM standard at store 4. Addressing all customer queries 5. Following up with the customers 6. Ensure that the store is clean, safe and presentable for customers 7. Completing payment transactions; preparing merchandise for delivery. 8. Retaining the existing or new customers 9. Maintain and monitor store inventory 10. Coordinating with inter departmental personnel
