We are looking for a responsible Jewellery Floor Manager for our reputed Jewellery store in Chandigarh who is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the sales floor, supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service. Responsibilities: . Manages the floor staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and training. · Ensures a positive customer experience, addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and resolving issues promptly. · Monitors stock levels, ensures proper display and merchandising, and coordinates with inventory and backend teams. · Maintains a clean and organized sales floor, adhering to operational procedures and store policies. · Contributes to sales targets, monitors buying trends, and proposes strategies to improve profitability. · Maintains visually appealing displays and ensures proper presentation of jewelry and related products. · Communicates effectively with staff, management, and customers. · Addresses and resolves issues that arise on the floor, whether from staff or customers. · Must be Graduate or Equivalent. · Proficiency in MS Excel · Excellent Communication, Organization and Interpersonal Skills. · Proven experience of about 2-3 years as Floor Manager in any jewellery store mandatory.
