Job Description

We are looking for a responsible Jewellery Floor Manager for our reputed store in Chandigarh who is responsible for overseeing daily operations on the sales floor, supervising staff, managing inventory, and ensuring excellent customer service . They also handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain the store's cleanliness and visual merchandising standards. Responsibilities: · Manages the floor staff, assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and providing guidance and training. · Ensures a positive customer experience, addressing inquiries, handling complaints, and resolving issues promptly. · Monitors stock levels, ensures proper display and merchandising, and coordinates with inventory and backend teams. · Maintains a clean and organized sales floor, adhering to operational procedures and store policies. · Contributes to sales targets, monitors buying trends, and proposes strategies to improve profitability. · Maintains visually appealing displays and ensures proper presentation of jewelry and related products. · Communicates effectively with staff, management, and customers. · Addresses and resolves issues that arise on the floor, whether from staff or customers. · Must be Graduate and Equivalent. · Proficiency in MS Excel · Excellent Communication, Organization and Interpersonal Skills. · Proven experience of about 2-3 years in any jewellery store mandatory.
