Job Description: We are looking for an experienced and innovative Manual Diamond Jewelry Designer – Head of Department (HOD) to lead our design team. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of experience in hand-sketching diamond jewelry and a strong understanding of diamond settings, proportions, and production feasibility. You will oversee the manual design team, drive creative direction, and ensure quality and innovation in every piece.
