Key Responsibilities: Japanese Language Proficiency (JLPT N2 or above) – Mandatory Assist in SAP B1 implementation and module configuration Support functional testing, user training & documentation Provide daily support to SAP users across global clients Communicate effectively with Japanese clients Translate requirements and documentation in English & Japanese Work alongside senior consultants on project delivery Strong verbal & written communication in English & Japanese Basic knowledge of ERP systems and Familiarity with business processes in Finance, Sales & Manufacturing Basic SQL skills is an advantage Ready to work in IST or in JST shifts.
