Engaged to indirect taxes (GST / custom duty / excise duty / service tax / sales tax / entertainment tax etc.) involving tax advisory, compliances, structuring, implementations, consulting, advocacy and litigations and foreign trade policy.

Ensure efficient plant operations, maintenance, and compliance. Manage AMC, capex, downtime, spares, vendors, and costs. Ensure energy efficiency, ISO standards, and safety. Handle breakdowns, root cause analysis, and shift management.

-> Key Responsibilities:Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Develop and implement strategic sourcing techniques to attract top talent.Work closely with hiring managers.

Ensure continuous running of the plant. Breakdown Maintenance, to reduce breakdown and to increase availability. Liasoning and statutory compliance. Compliance tocalibration schedule.

Supervise the manufacturing processes, and ensure quality work is done. To ensure production of the required quantity. Coordinate all Shifts to achieve the targeted production by meeting all SOPS, quality & EHS norms.

Coordinating recruitment efforts in the plant. Conducting joining formalities for new recruits.Facilitating the implementation of planned training programs. Making travel arrangements.

Monitoring and controlling the process parameters, Record and maintain accurate, timely log data of equipment process parameters, Follow up for preventive maintenance,Carry out planned inspection and safety tours, maintain 5S of the floor and cabins

Ensure continuous running of the plant. Breakdown Maintenance, to reduce breakdown and to increase availability. Networking /Liasoning and statutory compliance of E & I.Capex implementation.Critical Spare Management. Contractor management.

Supervise and managing the site execution, Erection, installation, and commissioning, Automation Equipments (panels and Field instruments) cable laying and termination activities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including attendance, leave balances, and personnel files.Assist in the administration of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and company guidelines

Supervise daily warehouse activities, including quality assurance, inventory control,space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service. provide necessary training. All QAMS documentation related to warehouse operations
