Position: Construction Manager Location: Bhubaneswar, Odisha Overview: We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Construction Manager to lead and coordinate all aspects of construction project execution, including planning, resource allocation, cost control, and scheduling. The ideal candidate will ensure the timely completion of the project with strict adherence to budget, quality standards, and technical specifications. Key Responsibilities: 1. Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities to ensure alignment with the approved project schedule. 2. Oversee the implementation of project deliverables, ensuring technical drawings and specifications are accurately followed on-site. 3. Ensure all works are executed in compliance with the defined scope, standards, and specifications. 4. Raise inspection requests for completed activities and coordinate with relevant divisions for timely approvals. 5. Regularly coordinate with the Division Head/Head Office and technical teams to report on project progress and address any emerging issues. 6. Assess and identify any shortfall in resources—including labor, materials, and machinery—and liaise with contractors and stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery. 7. Demonstrate strong interpersonal and leadership skills to manage cross-functional teams and effectively engage with stakeholders. Qualifications: · B.Tech/B.E in Civil Engineering from an accredited institution. · Minimum of 7+ years of experience in the construction industry. · Proficiency in Primavera and Microsoft Project (MSP) software. · Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to assess complex issues and propose effective solutions. · Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and modern techniques. · Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. · Exceptional communication skills to convey technical information clearly and concisely to all stakeholders.
