This role involves handling customer queries related to banking services , resolving issues, and ensuring excellent customer support. Job Responsibilities: Customer Support: Handle customer inquiries related to EMI conversion, banking services, and financial queries through inbound & outbound calls. Problem Resolution: Provide accurate solutions to customers in a professional and timely manner. Process Adherence: Follow company guidelines and banking regulations while handling customer interactions. Data Management: Maintain and update customer records in the system. Quality & Targets: Ensure customer satisfaction while achieving daily call and resolution targets.
