Role & responsibilities Grievances and Employee Management: Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and professionally. Facilitate open communication channels, ensuring employees feel heard and supported. Work closely with leadership to resolve issues and maintain a harmonious work environment. Workplace Safety: Oversee the implementation and adherence to workplace safety protocols. Ensure that the workplace meets all legal health and safety standards. Coordinate training and awareness sessions for employees on safety best practices. Onboarding of New Joinees: Manage the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the company. Facilitate orientation sessions, provide necessary resources, and ensure all paperwork and compliance documents are completed accurately. Benefits, Compensation, and Payroll: Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, leave policies, and other perks. Oversee compensation and payroll processes to ensure timely and accurate payments. Monitor compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Exit Management: Lead the exit process for employees, including conducting exit interviews, managing the documentation, and ensuring a smooth transition. Ensure all necessary paperwork, including final settlement and clearance, is completed according to company policies. Document Handling and Maintenance: Maintain and manage all employee-related documents, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with legal requirements. Regularly update records, track documents, and ensure proper storage and security of sensitive information.
