MARKETING & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (AUTOMOTIVE) Job Location - Pune, Hyderabad, Delhi Responsibilities Generate RFQs for Wires, Cables & Wire Harnesses for Automotive Industry Manage & facilitate technical discussions with customers Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs Arrange business meetings with prospective customers Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. Maintain records of inquiry, offer & Orders and Follow up for pending payments as per due scheduled. Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers Maintaining relationships with customers by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities Requirements and skills Proven working experience of 7- 15 years in Automotive Industry A bachelors degree in marketing or related field Proven sales track record with OEMs & Tier 1 vendors in Automotive Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Proficiency in English and the local language of the state Market knowledge Communication and negotiation skills Ability to build rapport Time management and planning skills Interested candidates send updated resume at shruti@hrworksindia.com Regards, Shruti
