Job Description IT Recruiter We are looking for a results-driven and proactive freelance IT Recruiter to help us to onboard freelance interviewers across various IT verticals. This is a remote opportunity for individuals who can work independently and deliver consistently. Key Responsibilities: End to end freelance interviewer recruitment for IT skills. Understand job requirements and align interviewer search accordingly. Source and screen potential interviewer through portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and internal databases Conduct initial telephonic screenings and assess technical & behavioral fit. Ensure consistent CV submissions aligned with hiring targets and feedback. Requirements: Prior experience in technical/IT recruitment (agency or in-house). Strong sourcing skills across job portals, social media, and networking. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Self-motivated and target-oriented approach to work.
