Job Description

Job Title: Head of Information Technology (IT) Location: Mumbai, India Position Overview: The Head of Information Technology (IT) will lead the IT department, ensuring that all technological resources align with the company's business objectives and operational requirements. This role involves strategic planning, implementation, and maintenance of IT systems, with a focus on ERP SAP Business One, Zoho CRM, and various integrated portals. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with ISO 27001 standards and defense cybersecurity regulatory norms, maintaining the security and efficiency of the IT infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: IT Strategy and Planning: Develop and execute an IT strategy that aligns with ideaForge's business goals, focusing on scalability, security, and technological innovation. ERP and CRM Management: Oversee the implementation, integration, and maintenance of ERP SAP Business One and Zoho CRM systems, ensuring they meet organizational needs and are effectively integrated with distributor, partner, service, and fixed asset portals. SCM and Finance Integration: Oversee the integration and optimization of IT systems for supply chain management (SCM) and finance, ensuring seamless data flow and operational efficiency. Security and Compliance: Ensure compliance with ISO 27001 standards and defense cybersecurity regulatory norms, implementing robust security measures to protect company data and IT assets. Infrastructure Management: Manage and optimize IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and cloud services, to ensure reliability, security, and scalability. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and professional development. Vendor and Budget Management: Manage relationships with IT vendors and service providers, negotiate contracts, and oversee the IT budget to ensure cost-effective use of resources. Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity: Develop and implement disaster recovery and business continuity plans to ensure the organization's resilience in the face of disruptions. User Support and Training: Ensure high-quality IT support for all users, addressing issues promptly and implementing training programs to enhance IT literacy within the organization. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. SAP Business One experience is preferred. Manufacturing ERP knowledge is a must. Technical Skills: Extensive experience with ERP SAP Business One, Zoho CRM, IT infrastructure management, networking, cybersecurity, and IT system integration for SCM and finance. Certifications: Relevant IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP, CISSP) are a plus. Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and develop high-performing IT teams. Strategic Thinking: Ability to align IT strategy with business goals and drive technology initiatives. Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of the organization. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to addressing challenges. Project Management: Experience in managing complex IT projects, from planning to execution.
