Job Title: Head Sales and Marketing Job Location: GHAZIABAD Work Experience: 17-20 years Job Description: β Responsible for Market Analysis, Promotional activities, Customer relationship. Pricing& Commercial Controls. Key interface between the customer and the company.Developing strategies and objectives for the maintenance of customer satisfaction. β RFQ management, Business Development and quotation submission. Cost calculationfor existing products in terms of RMC, Process cost including consumable cost. β Responsible for formulation of strategies for sales promotion and growth of Business inthe assigned area. β Responsible for Competitor Tracking / S.O.B. Monitoring. Develop Sales & Servicepolicies. (Service Policies & Sales Policies). Can demonstrate form experience ability tocommunicate across regions and functions β Maintaining accounts/cash flow/collection/recoveries etc. for credit controlmanagement. β Conducting Warehousing & Logistics of Parts. Good experience in Supply ChainManagement. β Evolving market segmentation & penetration strategies to achieve targets & Identifyingkey/institutional accounts and strategically secure profitable business through ChannelSales. β Identify, research, analyze & market products while evaluating the business and realizingits full potential by using tools such as marketing, sales, information management& customer service. β Make fact-based decisions regarding marketing strategy to develop the product as abrand while designing effective & cost-efficient implementation programs based onCustomer Analysis and Competitive Analysis. β Obtaining feedback from the market (growth, competition, and prices), utilizing publicinformation and personal networks to develop market intelligence and generating leadsin order to increase market share. β Ensure timely service delivery while managing the distribution system and ensuringoptimum capacity utilization of the company plant and maintaining smoothoperations .β Maintain MIS & database reflecting the trends & developments of the companyregarding sales, business development, account reconciliation, etc. for budgetary &strategic review to enhanced revenue generation Must Have Skills: β Sales Planning & Execution β K.A.M β Strategy Planning β New OEM Development β Techno Commercial Functions β Pricing β Business Development β Technology Transfers β Project Planning & Execution β Marketing β New Business Development β Competitor Tracking β S.O.B.
