Jr. Account Executive

Job Description

Responsibilities Manage and record financial transactions using accounting software. Prepare accurate financial statements and reports. Reconcile bank statements and ensure the accuracy of financial data. Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities. Handle accounts payable and receivable processes. Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies. Coordinate with auditors and assist in audits. Prepare and file GST returns, ensuring compliance with tax regulations Monitor and manage cash flows. Provide financial insights and recommendations to support decision-making. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the FMCG sector. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency in accounting software such as ERP. Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
