Create preliminary sketches and conceptual drawings to communicate design ideas effectively. Produce detailed architectural drawings, including plans, elevations, sections, and construction details ensuring accuracy and precision in all drawings, adhering to relevant building codes and standards with draftsman. Collaborate with other architects and design professionals to integrate various design components seamlessly. Work closely with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate design activities and ensure project timelines are met. Provide support in the development of project budgets and schedules. Research and analyse site conditions, environmental factors and zoning regulations. Conduct quality checks on design and drawing deliverables to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
