Location: Indore Experience: 0 – 2 years Job Type: [Full-time] Department: Sales / Business Development About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and energetic Jr. Business Development Executive to support our sales team in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and expanding our client base. This role is ideal for someone eager to grow in the IT/SaaS/B2B industry with hands-on exposure to the full sales lifecycle. Key Responsibilities: Research and identify potential leads through online channels, networking, and databases. Reach out to prospects via email, LinkedIn, and cold calls to generate interest. Qualify leads based on defined criteria and schedule meetings or demos for the senior sales team. Support in proposal preparation, client follow-ups, and maintaining CRM entries. Assist in market research and competitor analysis. Maintain relationships with prospective clients to build a strong sales pipeline. Collaborate with marketing to improve outreach campaigns and messaging. Meet assigned targets for lead generation and prospect engagement. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. 0 to 2 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or lead generation (preferably in IT/SaaS/Tech industry). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Confident in cold calling, email outreach, and lead nurturing. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in B2B or SaaS sales is an advantage. Basic understanding of ERP, CRM, or HRMS software solutions is desirable. Self-driven, with a proactive approach to learning and sales engagement. Why Join Us?
