This role involves managing a highly automated, food processing factory with 200+ staff (or 100+ for junior roles), optimizing daily processes to increase output and reduce costs. You will lead multiple projects, balance future initiatives with current operations, and drive staff training and development. A strong technical background is essential, but leadership and people management experience is a must. Management and Leadership Lead a diverse team, ensuring efficiency and innovation. Collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and electronics teams for smooth execution. Oversee daily operations aligned with strategic goals and production targets. Implement process improvements to boost productivity and cut costs. Mentor and train staff, ensuring strict safety and quality standards. Project Management Manage all project phasesplanning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Ensure milestones, timelines, and budgets are met. Develop project plans, schedules, and allocate resources effectively. Use analytical skills to solve problems and drive innovation. Provide regular status updates to senior management. Operations Oversight Monitor production lines and manage both mechanical and electrical systems. Maintain detailed logs, ensure spare parts availability, and manage inventory. Support technical maintenance and calibration. Oversee cost management to optimize budgets and resources. Technical Proficiency Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and electronics systems (PLC, SCADA, CAD preferred). Troubleshoot system issues and oversee AC drive installations. Guide teams in maintaining complex systems to minimize downtime. Coordinate system design and installation with technical teams. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's in Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical). 7+ years in operations or project management roles. Proven experience managing teams of 50 to 100+ people. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and cost/resource optimization skills. Vendor Management Skill. Preferred Skills Troubleshooting complex systems. Inventory and spare parts management. Effective time management and deadline adherence. In-depth knowledge of safety regulations, EHS, and audit compliance. Experience in continuous process improvement (Lean, Six Sigma) (preferred). Proficiency in reporting, OEE, and 5S implementation (preferred). Performance Metrics Timely, budget-compliant project completion. Reduced downtime and cost savings. Enhanced process efficiency and productivity. Candidate Selection Criteria 1. Minimum 80 manpower management experience in a factory or plant. 2. Experience in research and development work (can take a project form an idea to a fully functional solution in a factory, including design, development and problem solving, concept-to-commissioning, end-to-end engineering execution, engineering project development) 3. Experience in mechanical and electrical maintenance work 4. The employee should be able to work in a company that is convenient for the working hours (08:00 AM To 07:00 PM) 5. The employee should have a degree in mechanical or electrical 6. Strong technical knowledge and experience 7. Automatic plants handling experience
