The position requires to co-ordinate with field staff, customers & company staff to ensure that the work is done. Job Responsibility: 1. Training to field staff/ Customers in our product Range. 2. Handle customers complaints and close them within stipulated time. 3. Preparation of hand-outs/ product promotional material and product training material. 4. Documentation related to work performed. 5. Should be Aware of Immunology, ELISA Principle. 6. Should be aware of Customer handling, presentation etc. 7. Should have analytical skill. 8. Take & analyze customer feedback. The responsibilities may be reviewed/added as per company requirements from time to time.
