Job Description of Jr. Relationship Manager at Dhanvesttor : As a Jr. Relationship Manager at Dhanvesttor, you will be an integral part of our sales team, dedicated to building and nurturing robust client relationships. Your efforts will not only strengthen and grow our financial partnerships but also contribute to our overall success. The role will provide you the opportunities to enhance your relationship management skills and gain experience and build a rewarding career within the fast-paced financial wealth-management industry in which Dhanvesttor operates. Job Requirements: Minimum Graduate degree. At least 3-5 years of sales experience in any retail bank or any financial firm [Mutual Funds or Portfolio Management Services (PMS) or Alternative Investment Fund (AIF)]. Excellent sales and negotiation skills to identify opportunities and drive business growth Well-developed & Presentable. Knowledge of Financial and Stock Market. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively build and maintain client relationships. Problem-solving skills to address client needs and resolve issues. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Client Acquisition: Responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding Dhanvesttor's client base. Client Education and Guidance: Educating clients about Dhanvesttors investment strategies, financial products, co-learning and community-building facilities (CLCB). Client Relationship Manager: Should build and nurture strong and seamless relationships with assigned distributors/clients to drive Dhanvesttors business growth. Client Retention: To focus on retaining existing clients for sustained success at Dhanvesttor. Sales: Prospecting and selling Dhanvesttors PMS and CLCB services to Ultra-High-Net-Worth Individuals through direct sales efforts using consumer behaviour theories. Target-Oriented Performance: Responsible for achieving Dhanvesttors targets effectively Stock Market and Industry Analysis: Analysing market and industry trends is key. Critical Skills and Attributes: Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise even when muli-tasking. Excellent communication and listening skills. Team Building. Soft and outgoing nature (warm and welcoming). Strong sense of decision-making (driven by wisdom and rationale and not by emotions and feelings). Time management skills. Profound honesty and integrity. Ability to think out of the box and understand the causes of things. Resonation with the larger vision and mission of Dhanvesttor.
