Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented Junior UI/UX Designer to join our creative team. If youre excited about crafting intuitive, visually appealing designs and have an eye for clean aesthetics, this role is for you. Youll collaborate with senior designers and development teams to bring ideas to life and continuously improve user experiences across web and mobile platforms. Responsibilities : Support the design team in creating user interfaces that are visually appealing and user-friendly. Assist in gathering user requirements in collaboration with product managers and developers. Participate in user research and usability testing to gather insights and suggest improvements. Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for both web and mobile applications. Ensure adherence to design best practices and maintain brand consistency across all platforms. Assist in preparing design assets for development and collaborate to ensure proper implementation. Work closely with senior designers to learn and contribute to design strategies and decisions. Stay updated on current design trends and tools. Requirements 1 2 years of relevant experience with a strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite Familiarity with both web and mobile design principles Basic knowledge of frontend technologies like HTML/CSS is a plus Experience in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using industry-standard tools Certification in UI/UX Design is an advantage Good understanding of responsive and mobile-first design concepts Strong attention to detail and creative thinking Excellent communication and collaboration skills Ability to manage time effectively and take feedback positively Education Experience: 1 - 2 Years experience in a similar function! Degree or B.Tech
