This position requires a candidate with 5-7 years of experience and a solid understanding of HR operations, Factory Act, and Labor Law compliance. Candidates with experience in Automotive Manufacturing Industries are highly preferred.Responsibilities:Talent Acquisition:Lead end-to-end recruitment processes for various positions across the organization, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates. Manage job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding of new hires. Collaborate with department heads to understand their hiring needs and deliver suitable candidates. Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Learning & Development (L&D):Identify training needs and create learning plans aligned with company objectives. Design and implement internal training programs, workshops, and seminars to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Ensure that all employees are provided with growth and development opportunities through various learning initiatives. Collaborate with external training providers to facilitate specialized training sessions. Employee Engagement:Plan and organize employee engagement activities, events, and initiatives to enhance morale and retention. Develop and maintain employee satisfaction surveys and conduct regular feedback sessions. Implement initiatives that foster a positive organizational culture and strong employee relationships. Ensure employees are engaged in the company's vision, mission, and values. HR Operations & Compliance:Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring that all employee-related processes run smoothly. Ensure compliance with Factory Act and Labor Laws relevant to the industry. Manage employee records, HRIS systems, and ensure timely completion of documentation related to HR processes. Advise management on labor-related legal compliance and regulations. Requirements:Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in HR operations, Talent Acquisition, Learning & Development, and Employee Engagement. Industry Experience: Automotive Manufacturing industry experience preferred. Knowledge of Labor Laws: Exposure to Factory Act and labor law compliance. Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field. Strong understanding of HR best practices, employee engagement strategies, and talent management. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in MS Office and HR management systems.
