About the Role: As a Junior Account Manager - Seller Grow, you will play a key role in supporting the management of client ecommerce platforms, ensuring seamless operations, and driving sales performance. You will work closely with clients, internal teams, and account managers to execute strategies, optimize online stores, and deliver outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong, trust-based relationships. Regularly update clients on account status, project progress, and performance metrics. Oversee day-to-day operations of client ecommerce platforms (e.g., Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho). Manage client communications, including meetings, updates, and follow-ups. Identify and address client needs, challenges, and opportunities proactively. Educate clients on best practices for success on Amazon and other ecommerce platforms. Monitor client KPIs to ensure optimal performance and achieve client s goal. Develop and execute strategies aligned with client objectives to grow their business on Amazon. Analyze Amazon advertisements to improve business sales. Manage and optimize product listings for better customer experience. Guide clients on maintaining optimal inventory levels for Amazon FBA and set up products on Amazon FBA and manage shipping plans. Ensure product listings, pricing, and inventory are accurate and up to date. Collaborate with design and development teams to implement website updates and optimizations. Monitor & analyze sales performance to identify growth opportunities. Assist in developing strategies to increase traffic, conversion rates, and average order value. Support the execution of marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and paid advertising. Prepare and present detailed performance reports to clients, including actionable insights and recommendations. Analyze PPC campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and optimization. Provide clients with regular business reviews, incorporating cross-functional inputs and strategic recommendations. Monitor financial performance of client accounts to ensure revenue and profit targets are met. Continuously refine reporting processes to deliver more value to clients. Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, legal, operations) to ensure seamless execution of client strategies. Participate in team meetings to align on client goals, progress, and upcoming initiatives. Support senior account managers in managing larger client accounts and strategic initiatives. Qualifications: Experience: 1-2 years of experience in ecommerce, account management, or a similar role (internships included). Bachelor s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field. Familiarity with ecommerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, or Meesho. Extensive experience with Amazon Seller Central platforms and tools. Strong understanding of Amazon s Brand Registry policy and appeal pathways. Ability to work independently and as part of a team and multitask and manage multiple clients simultaneously. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused mindset & organizational skills with keen attention to detail Proactive problem-solver with a strategic mindset.
