Key Responsibilities: Invoicing and Billing: Overseeing the preparation and processing of invoices for products or services provided by the division. Ensuring that all sales and service transactions are billed promptly and correctly. Accounts Payable/Receivable: Coordinating payments to vendors (accounts payable) and tracking incoming payments from clients (accounts receivable). Coordination of Daily Operations: Overseeing day-to-day activities within the division to ensure operations run smoothly. This could include managing schedules, tracking project timelines, and coordinating with various teams. Resource Management: Ensuring the division has the necessary resourcessuch as personnel, materials, or technologyby coordinating with other departments and managing internal requests. Communication: Acting as a liaison between the division and other departments or management. Communicating financial updates, operational progress, or challenges as necessary. Project Support: Assisting in or overseeing the execution of specific projects within the division. This could involve monitoring project budgets, timelines, and deliverables. Reporting to Senior Management: Regularly reporting on both financial and operational performance to senior managers or executives. This could include monthly or quarterly reports on financial health, budget adherence, and division progress. Key Skills: • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. • 3-5 years of experience in a similar role. • Extensive experience in processing invoices. • Knowledge of accounting databases and recordkeeping. • Proficiency in office software, such as Microsoft Excel. • Advanced ability to collaborate, manage client requests, and answer queries. • Ability to review invoices and verify tax information. • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
