Role Overview We are seeking a full-time on-site Junior Architect to join our talented architectural team in Chennai. As a Junior Architect at Quoins Region, you will play a key role in architectural design, assist in managing residential and commercial projects, and collaborate on the integration of design with cutting-edge software tools. Key Responsibilities Develop and assist in architectural and interior design concepts Prepare detailed AutoCAD drawings and SketchUp models Participate in site visits, design discussions, and client presentations Coordinate with cross-functional teams including structural, MEP, and interior teams Support Project Managers in tracking project timelines, materials, and deliverables Integrate software and design tools to streamline the architectural workflow Ensure all designs comply with local regulations, codes, and safety standards Qualifications Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field Proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp is essential Strong project management and organizational skills Prior experience as an Architect or Interior Designer is preferred Excellent creative thinking and visualization skills Effective communication and teamwork abilities Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced real estate environment Why Join Quoins Region?
