As a design specialist, the firm is renowned for its creative solutions and innovation. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Junior Architect at Portico Designs located in Pune. The Junior Architect will be responsible for architectural design, software development, integration, and project management on a day-to-day basis. As Junior Architect, you will work closely with senior architects and project managers to develop creative solutions that meet client needs while adhering to industry standards and regulations. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about architecture, eager to learn, and ready to take on challenges in a collaborative environment. Your responsibilities will include assisting in the preparation of design concepts, creating detailed drawings, and coordinating with various stakeholders to ensure project success. You will also have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in different phases of architectural projects, from initial planning to final construction. Responsibilities Assist in developing architectural designs and concepts. Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and 3D models using design software. Collaborate with senior architects and project managers on project planning. Conduct research on materials, building codes, and regulations. Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other stakeholders. Participate in site visits and inspections to monitor project progress. Support the preparation of presentations and client proposals. Ensure compliance with project timelines and budgets. Qualifications: Min. 2 Years of Relevant Work Ex. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field. Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3Ds Max and SketchUp. Strong understanding of architectural principles and building codes. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
