Job Description

Job locations : Mumbai (1) Role & responsibilities Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new joiners, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience from pre-hiring to post-onboarding (30-60-90-day plan) Serve as the primary point of contact for new joiners, providing guidance and support during the onboarding process and addressing any initial queries or concerns Coordinate with various stakeholders, including orientation trainers from Finance, People & Culture, Office Experience (Administration), Employee Experience Managers (HRBPs), etc. to deliver comprehensive orientations and training sessions Arrange logistics, such as meeting rooms, onboarding deck, attendance, etc. to ensure a smooth onboarding process Manage the buddy program, ensuring every new joiner has an active buddy from their business unit (BU) and providing support for initial queries and introductions to key contact points Ensure timely distribution of joining kits to new joiners on their first day and introduce them to key contact points, such as the Office Experience team (Administration), Finance Team and IT helpdesk team. Develop and maintain relationships with new joiners, and other stakeholders to ensure a positive and engaging onboarding experience Collaborate with People and Culture and other teams to continuously improve the onboarding process, and implementing changes to enhance the overall experience Manage paperwork and administrative tasks related to the onboarding process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness Coordinate with various teams to ensure a smooth transition for new joiners, including IT, Finance, and Office Experience Provide regular updates and feedback to the People & Culture team on the onboarding process, highlighting successes and areas for improvement Represent the organization as the first point of contact for new joiners, providing a positive and welcoming experience across 6 locations in India Preferred candidate profile MBA (Human Resources) / Graduates in Human Resources related field Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills 0 to 1 years of experience in HR Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities Strong attention to detail and ability to manage administrative tasks accurately and efficiently Ability to build strong relationships with new joiners, EEMs, and other stakeholders Familiarity with HR processes and systems, including onboarding software and tools will be an added advantage Perks and benefits We are following hybrid work mode (3 days a week working from office) Candidates should be open for rotational shift (Shift allowance and cab facility is available).
